City-Bahn currently employs 191 people, two of whom (as of July 2025) are in training to become railway workers in operational service (EiB), five of whom are aiming to become train drivers (d/m/w) and two of whom are lateral entrants as prospective commercial staff (d/m/w) for transport services.
