Apprenticeship as a railway operator (m/f/d)

Do you want to set the right course for your life?

Then start your professional future with us in August 2027 in a future-proof, dynamically growing company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.

With us, you can contribute your ideas and help shape our vision for the region. As part of your training to become a railway operations assistant, you can expect a varied range of tasks with intensive support and an almost 100 per cent chance of being offered a permanent position. Our qualified and experienced trainers will be there to support you throughout your training and beyond. As a trainee, you’ll gain experience across all departments, as each one is essential to the smooth running of the railway. A mutual understanding of our colleagues’ work enables us to successfully tackle even the most challenging tasks together. You’ll gain an insight into our administration, carry out dispatching duties in the control centre, draw up timetables in the operations planning department, perform shunting duties and look after our passengers.
