Access to our trains is generally also possible for wheelchair users. At platforms and stops that are not barrier-free at first glance, it is possible to board our trains using a mobile ramp.
Our Citylink vehicles (mainly on the C13, C14 and C15 lines) are equipped with the Information system for the blind (BLIS).
Variobahn and Regioshuttle RS1 vehicles are used on the C11, Rb92 and RB37 lines. These are not equipped with the information system for the blind.
