Chemnitz - A safe and convenient way to get to the Einsiedel Oktoberfest: On the night of 19–20 September 2026, City-Bahn will run an extra train to Einsiedel to take party-goers back towards Thalheim or Chemnitz.
The train (C 14) departs on Saturday at 11.45 pm from Chemnitz Central Station, platform 4. After stopping at the usual stations, it arrives at Einsiedel Brauerei at 00.11. The journey continues, stopping at all stations en route to Thalheim, where the train arrives at 00.32.
The return journey departs from Thalheim at 0.53 am on Sunday, arrives at the brewery at 1.15 am and ends at Chemnitz Central Station at 1.41 am. Once again, all stops on the route will be served.
