- professional manager for all train drivers of the City-Bahn Chemnitz
- Guardian of the proper and safe operation of the company, e.g. by checking, evaluating and processing operational and event report cards, processing and publishing service instructions and checking acknowledgements, monitoring technological times, evaluating daily reports and, if necessary, initiating and taking measures, evaluating events and documenting them in the associated SMS documents.
- Organiser and supervisor of operational timetable documents and vehicle equipment
- Manager of driving licences and additional certificates with tasks such as submitting applications for changes, submitting applications for training classes, communicating with EBA, issuing additional certificates
- Guardian on regular further training (RFU), service instruction, class authorisations, route knowledge, passenger authorisations, regular and event-related medical and psychological examinations, first-aider training courses, driving simulation training and the necessary driving authorisations for train drivers
- Supervisor of the operating regulations ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY
- Multiplier of changes to the RU operating regulations
- Rules and regulations manager
- Co-creator of the SMS
- Creator and processor of statistics on topics such as accidents at work, accident reports, safety, incidents
- Employee of the test centre City-Bahn Chemnitz with activities such as preparing, carrying out and documenting inspections, appointing inspectors, creating and updating inspection documents, communicating with the Federal Railway Authority (EBA),
- Employee in the emergency service EVU
- Train driver if required

To make it work with us, you need
- Completed training or a degree in the field of transport
- Ideally a completed qualification as a local operations manager
- Ideally a completed qualification as a certified examiner for train drivers
- Operational fitness in accordance with TfV (Train Driving Licence Ordinance)
- a valid traction vehicle driver's licence and a tram driver's licence or the willingness to obtain a tram driver's licence
- Car driving licence class B and an available vehicle
- Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English
- Very good MS-Office skills
- Affinity for working with different software solutions and openness to technology
- High sense of responsibility and initiative
- Independence, resilience, commitment and empathy
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours if required
