The GDL is demanding this in the collective bargaining negotiations and has yet to respond.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a4d6d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a4d6d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>City-Bahn Managing Director Friedbert Straube: <em>\"I made the offer because further strikes are unreasonable for both passengers and staff. My alternative offer of 6 June could have led to a better result for the city railway workers. Unfortunately, the GDL rejected it.\"<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The judgement of the Saxon State Labour Court plays a role in the management's decision to enter into talks on the introduction of a reduction in working hours<\/span>.<\/p><p>The court had ruled that strikes that lead to an obstruction of school transport must be announced four days in advance.
