Chemnitz<\/p><p>the Stollberg  Chemnitz route from City-Bahn Chemnitz GmbH<\/p><p>as a railway infrastructure company (EIU).<\/p><p>Regio Infra Service Sachsen GmbH (RIS) continues to manage the operation of this entire network on behalf of VMS and organises all processes of daily operations.<\/p><p>As part of this change, VMS GmbH, in its role as a railway infrastructure company (EIU), will in future draw up and publish the track utilisation conditions (SNB) for the track infrastructure in its own area of responsibility.<br \/>Until implementation, the following Network Statement will
