On the rails, we combine the railway and urban tram network to form an efficient and integrated public transport system and offer people in the central Saxon conurbation a reliable, barrier-free and transfer-free transport connection to Chemnitz city centre - in the interests of the environment and for sustainable regional transport development.

  • a degree in transport, transport economics, transport engineering or mobility and transport,

  • A high degree of meticulousness, a sense of responsibility, commitment, resilience and the ability to work in a team,
  • creative and solution-orientated thinking,
  • forward-looking behaviour,
  • a valid car driving licence.

If you decide in favour of us, you will receive

  • Around 200 colleagues who love what they do and yet sometimes despair,
  • Shared responsibility for around 4.3 million passengers a year,
  • naturally a permanent position,
  • 30 days holiday,
  • various voluntary benefits, such as special payments on a tax-free benefits-in-kind card for purchases from regional retailers,
  • company pension scheme after the end of the probationary period,
  • Professional and personal development opportunities in a company with a vision for the region.

Our train is travelling in the direction of diversity - and you are cordially invited to come along for the ride! We expressly welcome applicants with severe disabilities and applicants of equal status and will give them preferential consideration if they are equally qualified.
